UI/UX Design - Foxconn 2023/2024
-
Conduct interviews with product managers to map procurement users' workflow in Foxconn, then redesign quotation process in OEM to save daily effort and ensure finance alignment.
-
Focused on speeding up RFQ quotations and aligning cross-functional data to support flexible manufacturing price simulations.
-
After positive feedback from a pilot with Customer L, we extended the system to two brand customers that rely on Foxconn for OEM manufacturing and laid the groundwork for a group-wide rollout.
-
As a Scrum team member, followed the product lead’s strategy, crafted UI flows that meet UX principles, and iteratively adjusted the interface based on user feedback.

Enhancing Usability of Complex BOM Costing
The BOM Cost module calculates production costs straight from the Bill of Materials.
Our design goal is to present intricate BOM structures clearly, offer fast search, and let users jump directly to the next pricing step (VA Simulation) for a smoother workflow.

While other features mainly automate repetitive tasks, the version‑comparison tool lets sales/procurement teams apply their expertise — validating our interview findings — and it became the top‑rated function after go‑live.

Unified Quotation Platform - Impact
Received positive internal feedback and is now being rolled out to additional business units.
We unified every customer’s quoting scenario across the group through a modular, flexibly‑configured setting process.
